Administrative Clerk

Full-time position with paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, health insurance, retirement plan.

A high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail are required. High School diploma or GED plus two years of full-time (or part-time equivalent) with progressively responsible office experience required. Previous accounting experience or specialized course work in general office practices preferred (Basic Accounting for BARS system). Have, or the ability to obtain within 6 months, a Notary Public Certification. Must be able to manage stressful situations and maintain confidentiality.

Main job duties include all aspects of payroll and the processing of claims for payment.  A full job description is available along with the application form on the city website and at City Hall-413 S.
