89th Annual League Conference Goes Virtual
After careful deliberation and at my recommendation, the Board of Directors has elected to change the 2020 Montana League of Cities and Towns Conference to a virtual event.
Our Virtual 2020 League Conference will be October 7-9.
We are working hard to find ways to make this conference educational, valuable, and fun for all participants including:
- Taking care of business – The Conference will include the League committee meetings and League and MMIA board and annual meetings. The League will also reach out to groups such as city managers, clerks, public works directors, and more to coordinate meetings, which usually take place during the Annual Conference.
- Get your money’s worth – This conference will include CLEs for city attorneys and credits for city clerks.
- Engaging content – Hear from nationally recognized keynote speakers.
- Networking – Opportunities to engage with your counterparts across the state as well as sponsors and virtual exhibitors.
While we know nothing beats seeing your long-time colleagues and friends in-person, the League is confident the 89th Annual Conference will provide value, education, and camaraderie in this year’s virtual event.
