The Help Desk Specialist position provides support for City employees seeking technical assistance with computer workstations, printers, peripheral devices, software applications, and other City systems.
Help Desk Specialist i: $20.92 – $22.99/hour
Help Desk Specialist II: $25.75 – $28.30/hour

* The posted wage range is the starting wage range for a Help Desk Specialist I. The full range for the position is $20.92 – $24.37/hour and will increase each year for longevity and cost of living adjustments. The full wage range for a Help Desk Specialist II is $25.75 – $30.00/hr.
