The IT Administrator performs a variety of administrative and technical functions to maintain the City’s networks, servers, telephone systems, audio visual systems, and all personal computers and related peripherals.
This full-time position requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, five (5) years related experience in a senior level IT position, preferably in a government environment, including supervisory responsibilities, IT operations, management, including networks, servers, security, and related software and cloud hosting, ITIL® Foundations Certification or commensurate experience in an organization that aligned with service management best practices, Cisco CENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) certification preferred, Considerable experience in voice, video and data systems design and maintenance. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Hourly Range: $29.86 – $38.60, DOQ, plus an excellent benefits package.
