The City of Bozeman is now accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operations, activities, and personnel of the Parks, Cemetery, Forestry, Recreation, and Aquatics Divisions.

Bargaining Unit: Non-Represented
Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Exempt
Work Week: Typically Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some weekend work required.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field; AND
Significant (at least 7 years) related experience, with considerable (at least 3 years) responsibility in a supervisory capacity; OR
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.
