The Town of West Yellowstone is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide legal services. In addition, the firm or individual will act as the Town Prosecutor. Applicants must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Montana. Applicants are required to have a minimum of five years of experience in municipal law. Strong background in labor, land use, contract, criminal, tax, and real estate law is necessary. At a minimum, please provide; names and qualifications of attorneys that will be providing service to the Town, a list of fees for services, previous relevant experience, and references.
