The Community Development Division has made available the draft 2018 Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) Application Guidelines and Grant Administration Manual for the 2021 Biennium. TSEP will be holding a public hearing to accept public comments on the draft guidelines and manual on April 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 228 of the Park Avenue Building, 301 South Park Avenue in Helena, Montana to consider the proposed adoption of the documents.
