Mayors, city managers, and chief administrators will gather to share ideas, solve challenges, and learn from peers across Montana. A timely panel with Montana law enforcement leaders examining the modern risk landscape facing public officials, with emphasis on situational awareness, decision-making, and maintaining public trust. - Emergency Management Modernization Listening Session
Learn about Montana Disaster and Emergency Services’ modernization efforts and share input on future priorities and investments. - Department Head Performance Reviews
Practical guidance and shared lessons on conducting effective department head evaluations lead by MMIA’s Human Resource Consultant and a panel of seasoned City Managers.

Event sessions will be held at the Shane Lalanie Center for the Arts in Livingston located at 415 E Lewis St. Livingston, MT 59047.
Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation and payment. Room blocks have been secured at the Home2 Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites, or The Murray (406-222-1350). Room blocks will end February 19th.
