Jerry Grebenc, CFM

Land Use Services Director

Jerry has been working in land use planning and community development in Montana for over 26 years. During that time, he has held various positions including serving as a county community development director, program manager for Community Technical Assistance Program and Planning Bureau Chief at the Department of Commerce, several years in the nonprofit sector working on conservation and community planning projects and most recently 10 plus years at Great West Engineering assisting local governments.

In his new role at the League, Jerry will provide technical assistance to members by answering calls and emails, in consultation with member’s legal counsel and the League Director provide legal guidance and insight, assist members in understanding land use statutes and case law, review member land use plans and regulations and provide members with onsite and virtual training.
