The Town of West Yellowstone is seeking proposals from qualified Montana-licensed attorneys or firms to serve as Town Attorney and provide municipal legal counsel, including misdemeanor prosecution in City Court. Experience in municipal, land use, contracts, criminal prosecution, and real estate law is preferred. Proposals should include attorney qualifications, fees and proposed fee structure, relevant experience, conflicts of interest, and at least three professional references.
