Director of Finance – Glendive

Will perform a variety of complex accounting and finance functions to maintain the accounting systems of the City. Will perform work in long-range planning of infrastructure and related municipal plans and policies. Writes and administers grants for large construction projects. Handles human resources, enforces personnel policies and disciplinary actions.

Familiarity working with labor unions and negotiations desired. Skills in tax levies, assessments and in the collection and reconciliation process needed. Experience working with lobbyists and the legislature concerning proposed legislation preferred.
